Design Services Regional Training Facility

The City of Eau Claire is requesting proposals from qualified professional design service firms to partner with City Engineering, Utilities, Transit, Police & Fire Department staff and City Administration to perform and complete the tasks as described in this RFP. The project involves designing a Regional Training Facility. • The facility will require architectural design services, including consulting and planning. • The project will involve landscape and land development planning. • The selected firm will need to work with various city departments. • A mandatory site visit and tour of the property and facilities has been scheduled. • The proposal should include all necessary information and documents as specified in the RFP.
