Design Services for New Police Training Academy

The City of Lexington is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive design services for a new Police Training Academy. The scope includes architectural, civil, structural, and site‑planning design, preparation of construction documents, coordination with engineering disciplines, and assistance through the permitting process. The contract will be awarded to the proposer that demonstrates the strongest technical capability, relevant experience, and cost‑effective approach. • Design of all building spaces required for police training (classrooms, firing range, fitness facilities, vehicle bays, etc.) • Development of site plans, grading, utilities, and parking layout • Production of detailed construction drawings and specifications • Coordination with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies • Deliverables must be submitted in PDF format by the response deadline.
