MANAGE AND OPERATE A YEAR ROUND HOSPITALITY SUBCONCESSION AT GANESVOORT PLAZA

The Meatpacking District Management Association (MDMA), in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation, is seeking a qualified firm to manage and operate a year‑round hospitality subconcession at Gansevoort Plaza. The contractor will design, staff, and oversee food‑service and retail concepts, handle all permits, maintain the public space, collect and report revenues, and ensure compliance with city regulations and MDMA’s standards. The agreement is a two‑year initial term with an optional three‑year renewal (up to five years total).
