Facilities Management - Outside Contracted Services

The Mesquite Independent School District (Mesquite ISD) is seeking proposals for Facilities Management - Outside Contracted Services. This is a qualifying bid only, and when a company submits this bid to MISD, they will be placed on the approved vendor list. The contracted services include a wide range of facilities management tasks, such as aluminum ramps and stairs installation/repairs/purchase, appliances service/repairs, asbestos abatement, athletic field turf care, and more. The contract will be in full force and effect from the date of award through December 31st of each year, with auto-renewal on December 31st of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD. The estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $1,000,000+ per year. • The contract includes all labor, parts, and supplies. • All new work is to be guaranteed for at least one year. • Multiple contracts will be awarded. • The contract will auto-renew on December 31st of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD. • The estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $1,000,000+ per year.
