The City of Port St. Lucie seeks a single, qualified catering provider to operate the full‑service restaurant, bar, banquet facilities, and food‑cart services at the Saints Golf Course on a year‑round, exclusive basis. The contractor will deliver lunch and dinner (optional breakfast), manage the Sandpiper Room for weddings and events, provide weekly live entertainment, and handle all food‑service operations including staffing, inventory, POS system, licensing, and compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
