Catering Services/Hospitality

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals for catering services on an as-needed basis. The district is looking for vendors to provide catering services at a firm-fixed discount off menu/website pricing. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and responses will be evaluated as they are received. The district cannot provide definite dates, quantities, or menu choices for possible future catering needs. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed discount off menu/website pricing. • The discount shall remain firm for the life of the contract, including any extension periods exercised. • Awards will be based on the offeror’s submittal meeting the requirements established herein. • List of approved vendors will be posted on the Purchasing website. • Services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
