RFI for MICROELECTRONICS RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is seeking information from vendors about their capabilities to produce or contribute to the production of microelectronics. The NNSA is interested in microelectronic products such as complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) based products, micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), silicon photonics, and quantum devices. The vendors should be able to meet the NNSA's rigorous quality and reliability standards and documentation. The technical areas of interest include technical capabilities in microelectronics, radiation effects and testing, and research and development. • The NNSA is looking for vendors that can provide capability statements discussing their service capabilities as they relate to potential requirements. • Vendors should provide information about their company, including their name, primary point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code, and SAM UEI number. • The vendors should also provide their NAICS code and business size. • The NNSA is interested in vendors that can provide radiation-hardened products and have the ability to conduct research and development.
