Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) Services

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is soliciting qualified vendors to provide services supporting the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC). The contract will cover coordination, case management, compliance monitoring, and reporting for child placements that cross state lines, ensuring that all statutory requirements of the compact are met. Successful contractors will work directly with state child‑welfare officials, foster‑care agencies, and out‑of‑state partners to facilitate safe, timely, and legally compliant transfers of children. • Provide case‑management and compliance support for interstate child placements. • Develop and maintain reporting systems that satisfy both Arizona and partner‑state requirements. • Offer training, technical assistance, and consultation to child‑welfare agencies involved in the ICPC process. • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and compact regulations, including data privacy and child‑safety standards. • Deliver periodic performance reports and outcome metrics to the Department of Child Safety.
