CASE for Kids Youth Services for Afterschool and Summer

The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is seeking qualified independent contractors to provide out‑of‑school‑time (OST) youth services—including after‑school and summer programming—that integrate literacy, numeracy, or other learning objectives for K‑12 students (including youth with disabilities) and their families. The contract will be an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) arrangement, with an initial term of five years (plus a possible 90‑day transition period) and may be awarded to multiple vendors on a “as‑needed” basis. Contractors must be able to deliver services in person or virtually at schools, community centers, parks, or college campuses throughout Harris County and surrounding areas, submit timely invoices, and provide program data and narrative summaries.
