Shelby County intends to award a single‑source contract for comprehensive primary‑care medical services to a vendor capable of delivering in‑person and virtual care, mental‑health screening, lab work, and pharmacy dispensing for up to 370 temporary county employees and their families, at no cost to the beneficiaries. The vendor must have board‑certified clinicians, an established clinic network in the Memphis area, and the ability to provide services at cost. • Provide primary‑care (including pediatric) for 370 employees + families, free of charge. • Conduct mental‑health/substance‑abuse screenings with referrals. • Offer on‑site or partnered lab testing and at‑cost pharmaceutical dispensing. • Maintain a functional clinic network in the greater Memphis region. • Submit a Letter of Interest and detailed pricing by the notice close date.
