Architectural/Engineering Design Services (Bliss Elementary)

The El Paso Independent School District is seeking qualified contractors to provide Architectural/Engineering Design Services for a new state-of-the-art educational facility, the New Bliss School. The project includes programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding or negotiations, construction phase, and post-construction phase of an approximately 102,720 square foot facility. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to deliver a modern educational environment that meets current educational standards and supports 21st-century learning methodologies. • The project involves designing a facility to accommodate 702 students. • The project includes multiple phases, from programming to post-construction. • The selected contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and expertise.
