Description
The Oregon Institute of Technology intends to contract with Northstar Fitness Corporation dba National Fitness and Racquetball Club as a sole source provider for fitness facilities due to special needs or qualifications. An entity may protest this determination in accordance with university policy section 580-061-0020(8) no later than Friday, February 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time.
