CONTRACT: Online Auction Services

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a fully hosted online auction platform and related services for the sale of surplus state property. The vendor will be responsible for establishing, managing, and supporting up to twelve auction cycles per year, handling item photography, cataloging, bidder support, payment processing, and reporting. The contract is a five‑year term with possible two‑year extensions, and the State will retain the net proceeds from each auction after the vendor’s commission. • Provide a secure, PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant auction website (static and dynamic bidding, multi‑lot support). • Perform or coordinate photographing and cataloging of assets (vendor may handle up to ~50 % of this work). • Offer bidder help‑desk, training, monthly inventory and transaction reports, and ensure ≥ 95 % system uptime.
