GSA is issuing a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) for a contiguous block of office space in the Miami, FL area (approximately 77,184–81,375 ABOA sq ft). The lease must be a 15‑year firm term with no renewal options, include a minimum of 37 reserved on‑site parking spaces (total 314 spaces), meet Facility‑Security Level IV requirements, be ENERGY STAR‑certified (or have an approved efficiency plan), and satisfy all federal fire, life‑safety, accessibility, and flood‑plain standards. The government will evaluate proposals on a lowest‑price‑per‑square‑foot present‑value basis, using a $53.06 per ABOA TI allowance and a 5 % discount rate.
