CATALOG CONTRACT FOR CUSTOM FABRIC PRINTING & EMBROIDERY SERVICES

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide custom fabric printing and embroidery services. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. The district requires vendors to respond to this new RFP, as it replaces the previous contract 21-081 Screen Printing & Embroidery Services. • The contract is for custom fabric printing and embroidery services. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors. • Vendors must submit responses electronically or by hard copy. • The district will evaluate proposal responses based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation. • Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. • The contract has an expiration date of 10/2/2028.
