Description
The U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica will issue an RFQ for comprehensive trenching, conduit, and ground‑well installation across the Embassy compound. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials needed for excavation, utility location, conduit placement (Schedule 80 PVC with minimum 24‑in cover, prefabricated sweeping bends, and PVC‑to‑RGS transitions), back‑fill, and compaction to specified standards (ASTM D 2487, D 2940, C 33, D 1557). Work includes making wall penetrations into existing handholes/manholes, installing pull lines, and protecting existing utilities during excavation. The base period is 21 days after contract award.
