DNR RFB Two Harbors-Grand Portage SF Road Grading

The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for forest road grading in the Two Harbors Forestry Area in the Grand Portage State Forest located in Cook County, Minnesota. The roads are sand and gravel, approximately 14’-20’ wide, and designed for 25 MPH logging and recreational traffic. The project requires all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for as-needed forest road grading. • The project has two line items: • Line 1: 238.2 miles of three-pass road grading at a price per mile. • Line 2: 20 hours of hourly work at a per hour rate. • The project has a due date of 12/31/2027. • The bidder must submit their response electronically through the Swift Portal. • The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
