The County is seeking a contractor to remove debris, replace damaged wood, install new wood, and stain all wood components of pavilions at four park locations. The contractor must supply all materials, adhere to EPA disposal rules, provide barricades, and complete work within a one‑month window, delivering a one‑year warranty on labor and materials. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible quote, with no bid bond required.
