Solicitation for Mercedes Trucks, Spares and Training

The Army Contracting Command – Detroit (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single award firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract for the provision of Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Trucks, spares, and training. The contractor will be required to deliver the trucks and spares in accordance with the specifications provided in the attachments. Additionally, the contractor will be required to provide operator and maintenance training courses in Djibouti, with each course conducted by an instructor who speaks French or Somali or both. The training shall be conducted in accordance with the operator manuals, workshop manuals, and spare parts manuals provided by the contractor. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering training materials, including a "Student Critique" form or equivalent, and providing each student with a copy of the training materials. • The contract is for a firm-fixed price type. • The contractor must deliver the Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Truck and spares in accordance with the provided specifications. • The contractor must provide operator and maintenance training courses in Djibouti. • The training shall be conducted in accordance with the operator manuals, workshop manuals, and spare parts manuals provided by the contractor. • The contractor is responsible for delivering training materials and providing each student with a copy.
