RFQ Architectural/Engineering Services

The Cascade County is seeking architectural/engineering services for the modernization and upgrade of the existing elevator in the Cascade County Courthouse. The selected firm will provide services including preliminary design, community meetings, preparing bidding documents, construction administration, and other necessary services. The proposal should include qualifications of professional personnel, capability to meet time and budget requirements, related experience on similar projects, and other evaluation criteria. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that best serves the interest of Cascade County. • The proposal should not exceed four one-sided pages, not including resumes of key personnel and cover letter. • Two copies of the proposal are required. • Proposals must be submitted in printed format to Cascade County Public Works. • The county will evaluate the proposals based on the specified criteria, including qualifications of professional personnel, capability to meet time and budget requirements, and related experience on similar projects.
