Super Q Water System Services

The USDA is seeking a vendor to provide Super Q water system services at the National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL). The services include biannual preventive maintenance, filter and component replacement, genuine parts and standards, qualified service, and support and reporting. The vendor must be able to perform maintenance on the Super Q water system, which is a proprietary equipment. The intended source for this acquisition is EMD Millipore Corporation, as they are the original manufacturer of the system and the sole source for technical support, parts, and services. * Biannual preventive maintenance tasks include full mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical checks, performance verification, cleaning, and lubrication. * Filter and component replacement tasks include changing all required filters and cleaners per manufacturer specifications and replacing UV lamps as needed. * Genuine parts and standards require the use of Millipore Sigma ISO 9001-certified parts and system-specific maintenance kits. * Qualified service must be performed by factory-trained engineers following Millipore Sigma procedures. * Support and reporting include unlimited troubleshooting during business hours, all spare parts included, and detailed service reports provided.
