Washington County Jail Commissary and AIC (Adults in Custody) Banking

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide Commissary and Banking Services to the Adults in Custody (AIC) of the Washington County Jail. The vendor will be responsible for managing AIC funds, ensuring secure financial transactions, and processing commissary orders. The contract will include the provision of equipment, software, and technical support. The vendor will also be required to provide a commission to the County based on monthly net sales. • The vendor must have experience in providing Adult in Custody Trust Fund Accounting and Commissary Services. • The vendor must provide a detailed implementation plan, including a timeline and completion dates. • The vendor must provide training to Washington County personnel on the use of the commissary system. • The vendor must provide a secure and reliable banking solution that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Oregon Public Records Law.
