REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – Engineering Services for Effluent Line Improvement Project

The City of Lewisville is seeking an engineering firm to develop a comprehensive infrastructure expansion and improvement plan that will support an EPA loan or grant. The scope includes preparing a pre‑application and preliminary engineering report, environmental documentation, an EPA loan application, design and specifications for effluent line upgrades, and an operation & maintenance manual. The firm must submit a Statement of Qualifications that details experience, staff resumes, and comparable project history; the highest‑scoring firms will be invited to interview. • Prepare pre‑application, preliminary engineering, and EPA loan documentation. • Design and produce plans/specifications for effluent line improvements. • Develop environmental documentation and an operation & maintenance manual. • Provide a detailed Statement of Qualifications with staff resumes and comparable project examples. • Submissions due by 2 PM on November 18, 2026; selection follows the Brooks Act criteria.
