GSU THC Floor Mat Services ( Base + Options )

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, is seeking a contractor to provide floor mat services for the Gallup Indian Medical Center campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing, delivering, and replacing floor mats at all designated buildings on a weekly basis. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must ensure that the mats are non-slip, durable, and compliant with ADA and OSHA standards. Some key points to consider are: * The contractor will place floor mats at all designated facility entrances and exits. * The contractor will remove all used mats, replace them with clean mats of the same size and quantity. * The contractor must follow GIMC security and identification protocols. * The government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's place of performance, daily operations, equipment, licenses, and certifications, and quality of work at any given time. Some of the key requirements for the contractor include: * Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the weekly floor mat services. * Ensuring that the mats are properly aligned, flat, and secure. * Notifying the Contracting Officer's Representative in advance of using tobacco products in a ceremony, if applicable.
