Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of select goods and/or services related to Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development. The project term is tentatively set from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals. Vendors interested in participating must submit all required information and documentation, and upon completion of the project evaluation process, one or more vendors will be recommended to the Board of Education for contract award. Key aspects of the project include: • The project is for the procurement of select goods and/or services related to Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development. • The tentative term of the project is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals. • Vendors must meet a set of pre-determined criteria and be authorized as an Approved Vendor to engage with HISD schools and/or departments. • The project evaluation process will include verification of compliance with HISD's liability insurance requirements and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program.
