Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations for the procurement of select goods and/or services related to Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development. The project aims to engage with "Approved Vendors" who have met a set of pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process and have been awarded a contract. The tentative term of this project is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals, not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing leadership, teacher, and staff development services • Meeting the pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process • Obtaining Approved Vendor status • Complying with HISD's liability insurance requirements and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program • Participating in a pre-proposal conference and submitting questions via the electronic bidding portal
