Open End Contract for Lawn Care Services - Bldg. 88

The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care services for Building 88, including mowing, trimming, edging, leaf blowing, and disposal, as well as trimming of shrubs and trees, overseeding, edging of shrub and tree beds, weeding, and lawn fertilizing. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the services. • The services include mowing, trimming, and edging of grass, leaf blowing and disposal, trimming of shrubs and trees, overseeding, edging of shrub and tree beds, weeding, and lawn fertilizing. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The vendor must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the State of West Virginia as an additional insured.
