Winston Lake Golf Course Greens Replacement

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the replacement of greens at the Winston Lake Golf Course. The project includes the removal and replacement of the putting surface for #13 green and the green complexes for holes #16 & 17. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Bidders must submit their proposals by December 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
