Vinyl Graphic Products and Services

The 1GPA is seeking a contractor to provide vinyl graphic products and services to its members. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with the potential for four one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide a variety of vinyl graphic products and services, including design, production, and installation. The evaluation criteria include cost, overall products and services offered, experience, expertise, and qualifications, value-add services and marketing plan, and responsiveness. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar products and services. • The contractor must have a demonstrated success and relevance in similar projects or related services. • The contractor must have a marketing plan to serve a national member base. • The contractor must be able to provide value-add services at little or no cost to the members. The proposal must include a complete proposal, cost information, forms, and other required documents.
