CATALOG CONTRACT FOR SPECIALTY PRINTING & SIGNAGE SERVICES

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking proposals for a catalog contract for specialty printing and signage services. This contract will replace the existing contract 20-055 Specialty Printing Services & Supplies, which expires on 10/31/24. The district is looking for vendors to provide specialty printing and signage services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses as soon as possible. The scope of work includes providing specialty printing and signage services, but excludes Marquee, Monument Signs, Fabric Items, and Yearbook Services. Key considerations for vendors include: • Ability to provide high-quality specialty printing and signage services • Competitive pricing • Ability to meet the district's needs on an as-needed basis • Compliance with the district's procurement policies and procedures
