HCEC Fuel Oil Purchases

The Hennepin County Energy Center (HCEC) is seeking a contractor to provide fuel delivery services, specifically No. 2 Ultra-low sulfur, red dyed fuel oil. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the fuel to the HCEC facility and dispensing it into underground storage tanks. The contract will commence on December 1, 2025, and expire on December 31, 2035. The contractor must meet the specifications outlined in the RFP, including the provision of fuel that meets the standards set by the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
