Streets Condition Survey

The City of Denton is seeking qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive citywide pavement condition assessment, asset inventory, and data analysis. The work covers roughly 1,700 lane‑miles of roadways, 100+ acres of parking lots, 21 miles of bike lanes, 580 miles of sidewalks, and 11,200 ADA ramps, plus identification of right‑of‑way assets. Deliverables include calibrated data collection using Class 1 profilers and 3‑D laser crack measurement systems, a full geodatabase of condition metrics (IRI, PCI, crack density, etc.), exception reports, a quality‑management plan, and a final written report with pavement management scenarios and cost projections for the next ten years.
