Pavement Assessment

The City of Edmond is soliciting qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive pavement condition assessment for approximately 1,109.69 lane‑miles of arterial, collector, and local streets within its jurisdiction. The contractor will perform field testing (deflection, PCI rating, possible GPR, laser crack measurement, etc.), collect data compatible with Cityworks and ArcGIS, and deliver a GIS‑ready dataset, detailed reports, and a multi‑year maintenance prioritization tool. The scope includes all streets in Ward 2B plus a set of additional roadways, with requirements for data accuracy, integration, training of city staff, and full documentation. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 15 2026; questions are due by September 11 2026.
