BUNS - UCARE Cooperative Contract for Nutrition Services

The Canyons School District (CSD) is seeking information and samples for a blind side-by-side taste test of buns for school lunch. The buns must meet the current child nutrition requirements set by the USDA and count as a minimum of 2 grain. Suppliers are asked to submit samples and a fact sheet for each sample by February 9, 2026. The side-by-side tests will qualify suppliers to submit pricing information to Sysco for the UCARE cooperative for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. • The buns must be suitable for school lunch and meet the current child nutrition requirements set by the USDA. • Suppliers must submit samples and a fact sheet for each sample by February 9, 2026. • The side-by-side tests will be conducted in February 2026. • Qualified suppliers will be asked to submit pricing information to Sysco for the UCARE cooperative. • The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
