The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide high‑speed (minimum 2 Gbps) Internet service at its Huntsville, AL installation, including a static‑IP subnet, all required equipment, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for a five‑year period (base year plus up to four option years). The contractor must deliver TAA‑compliant hardware, respond to service issues within four hours, and adhere to strict delivery, security, and waste‑removal requirements.
• Supply and install a 2 Gbps Internet connection with 16 static routable IPs.
• Provide full‑service support: installation, configuration, warranty, and maintenance for up to five years.
• Meet a 4‑hour response window and pro‑rata service‑credit penalties for outages exceeding 24 hours.
• Comply with Trade Agreements Act requirements and security clearance policies for on‑site personnel.
