RFP Nursing NCLEX Educational VR System

Washtenaw Community College seeks a vendor to provide a complete Virtual‑Reality (VR) solution to support its nursing program’s NCLEX preparation. The contract includes delivery of four VR headsets, a one‑year software license (renewable), a catalog of nursing simulations aligned with NCLEX‑RN and related competency frameworks, implementation services, and compliance with the college’s minimum security standards. The solution must be ready for student use by the end of September 2026 and the initial term is one year with the option to extend up to four additional years. • Supply 4 compatible VR headsets (e.g., Meta Quest) and required accessories. • Provide a licensed VR software platform containing nursing simulations mapped to NCLEX‑RN, NCSBN, and AACN standards. • Include documentation of security controls per Attachment A, implementation, support, and training services. • Deliver and install the system by 30 September 2026; contract may be renewed annually for up to five years.
