Request for Qualifications for LaRose Way Architectural and Engineering Design Services

The City of Nashua is seeking qualifications from vendors for Design Services for the proposed Richard LaRose Way Improvement Project. The selected firm will be expected to work in a highly collaborative manner with stakeholders to help take the conceptual design and get it ready for construction. The scope of work includes developing a final inspirational and functional design, creating construction documents, and providing construction administration services during the physical construction phase. • The project involves improving Richard LaRose Way in Nashua, NH. • The selected firm will work with stakeholders to develop a final design based on concept designs created for Activate Nashua. • The firm will create construction documents, including detailed designs and final specifications for all components of the project. • The firm will provide construction administration services, including attendance at weekly site meetings, participation in site visits, and responding to RFIs. • The firm will assist the City and Construction Manager with the selection of subcontractors to construct the project. • The firm will review bids and make recommendations on bid award.
