The Lynwood Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace 26 HVAC rooftop units across multiple buildings at Abbott Elementary School. The project is owner‑furnished, contractor‑installed (OFCI) and includes full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, controls, testing, and commissioning work required to deliver a fully operational HVAC system that meets current California building and energy codes.
