VSS Installation for FPS Region 9 at Sirena Plaza in Hagatna, Guam

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, is seeking a contractor to install a new Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Sirena Plaza in Hagatna, Guam. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to complete the installation. The project must be completed within 90 business days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Key aspects of the job include: • Installation of a new stand-alone Network Video Management System (NVMS) for a fully functional VSS • Provision of all necessary labor, materials, and expertise • Compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and all applicable laws and regulations • Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) • Completion of the project within 90 business days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed
