Insurance Brokerage Services

The City of Boston is seeking insurance brokerage services to market, place, service, and renew the City's commercial insurance policies. This will also include providing public risk finance subject matter expertise and recommendations regarding insurance requirements for City of Boston contracts and the purchase and management of additional risk reduction solutions as necessary. The contract will run from June 2026 to June 2029, and will include three separate policy periods. The key responsibilities of the selected proposer will include: • Marketing and placing the City's commercial insurance policies • Servicing and renewing the City's commercial insurance policies • Providing public risk finance subject matter expertise • Recommending insurance requirements for City of Boston contracts • Purchasing and managing additional risk reduction solutions as necessary The City may award one or multiple contracts as a result of this RFP for a three-year contract term. The City reserves the right to award all lines to a single proposer or to make partial awards to multiple proposers for the three-year term, as determined to be most advantageous to the City.
