Construction Basic Ordering Agreement for Aviano Air Base

The United States Air Force is seeking to establish a Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Aviano Air Base in Italy. The agreement will be used to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects. The scope of work may include demolition, site work, concrete, masonry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, flooring, landscaping, and general contracting work. Interested companies must submit a brief statement of interest, company capability statement, and sign attachments to be considered for inclusion in the BOA program. * The agreement is open for its entire lifecycle, and submissions can be made at any time. * The agreement type is a written instrument of understanding, and it is not a contract. * Becoming a BOA holder pre-qualifies a company to receive and compete for individual Task Order solicitations as requirements arise. * A binding contract is only established upon the issuance and acceptance of a specific Task Order. * The anticipated value of projects under this agreement will range from EUR 14,000 to EUR 150,000 and up to EUR 299,000 / USD 350,000 for vendors possessing a valid SOA OG1 certificate. * Work under this agreement will be ordered by issuing Task Orders. * The term of the agreement is from the effective date through June 8, 2031, and may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.
