This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is a written instrument of understanding between the United States Government and the Contractor for a broad range of construction services for the US Government. Work locations include RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath, and RAF Feltwell. The BOA will be used to issue Task Orders for various construction projects. The term of the agreement is from the effective date through 31 March 2029, and may be extended by mutual agreement. Key aspects of the job include: • The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, transportation, and supplies needed to perform the tasks required of each individual task order issued under this agreement. • The Contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete it within a negotiable period. • The Government shall pay the Contractor the contract price as provided in this contract, with progress payments made monthly as the work proceeds. • The Contractor shall use U.S.-flag vessels when transporting any supplies by sea under this contract. • The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps and precautions to prevent accidents and preserve the health and safety of contractor and Government personnel performing or in any way coming in contact with the performance of this contract.
