The City of Providence is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct market building activities and develop a public-private partnership plan to encourage commercial-scale decarbonization and renewable energy in Providence, RI. The contractor will be responsible for developing a plan to promote decarbonization and renewable energy in the city. The key aspects of the job include: • Conducting market building activities to encourage commercial-scale decarbonization and renewable energy • Developing a public-private partnership plan to support decarbonization and renewable energy efforts • Submitting a proposal that includes a project approach and experience and references sections • Participating in a pre-bid conference and potentially in interviews with the City prior to making an award
