Remedial Action (RA) activities at the Kahuku Point Former Radio Range site

The FAA is seeking statements of interest and capability from SBA‑small businesses to perform remedial action at the Kahuku Point Former Radio Range site in Hawaii. The work includes excavating approximately 3,768 tons of lead‑ and PCB‑contaminated soil, hauling and disposing of the waste off‑site, de‑commissioning five shallow groundwater monitoring wells, providing utility locate services, and generating GIS‑based survey coordinates for the excavation area.
