Central Maui Landfill Phase VII Part 1 Ash Disposal Cell Encapsulation Cap, BMPs

The County of Maui is soliciting bids for the construction of the Phase VII Part 1 ash disposal cell encapsulation cap and associated storm‑water best management practices (BMPs) at the Central Maui Landfill. The work includes extensive earthwork, placement of low‑permeability soil caps, bentonite liners, compost soil, hydro‑mulch, protective cover soils, check‑dam crushed‑rock structures, asphalt concrete paving for roads and drainage, and installation of erosion‑control blankets.
