Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking informal written quotes from qualified vendors to supply one custom, freestanding archival‑quality exhibit case to house a historic clock at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse. The case must meet strict archival standards (acid‑free, UV‑filtering acrylic, airtight seal, archival linen board interior, natural wood veneer exterior) and be sized at a minimum 64” H × 55” W × 32” D. The vendor must provide a mock‑up for county approval before production, deliver the finished case F.O.B. to the courthouse, and install it in a pre‑designated space. Award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible quote; the county may split the award or negotiate terms after selection.
