Oliver Hill New Courtroom Furniture

The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, demolish, dispose of, and install custom courtroom furniture in five courtrooms at the Oliver Hill Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courthouse. The scope includes removal of existing furniture, delivery of new pieces (litigant tables, desks, benches, witness stands, etc.), compliance with ANSI/BIFMA and ADA standards, and coordination with other trades to keep only one courtroom out of service at a time. Work must be completed within 14 calendar days per courtroom, with overall production of furniture not to exceed 90 days from purchase order issuance. The contractor must provide material samples, obtain City approvals, and maintain a one‑year warranty on all items. Site visits are strongly encouraged and must be scheduled with the procurement analyst.
