355 CMS Fuel Compressors Maintenance

The 355th Contracting Squadron at Davis‑Monthan AFB seeks a long‑term service contractor to provide maintenance, inspection, and repair for two Quincy air compressors and an associated desiccant air dryer. The work includes routine preventive maintenance (filter and separator changes, oil changes, valve and control servicing, oil sampling, safety device verification, and operational checks) and non‑routine repairs when conditions exceed normal wear. The contractor must keep the compressors and dryer operational with minimal disruption to squadron activities. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations. • Conduct inspections, oil sampling, and safety device checks. • Replace filters, separators, oil, and service valves/controls. • Provide non‑routine repair services as needed, following the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • Ensure continuous, safe air supply for vehicle maintenance and shop operations.
