Request for Proposal (RFP) for Lease of Property

The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Twin Falls is seeking proposals for the lease of two properties: 244 Railroad Avenue and 251 Maxwell Avenue. The properties are currently undeveloped and the agency is looking for a tenant to use the properties for outdoor storage and parking. The lease will be for an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend for additional 12-month periods. The agency will consider proposals based on factors such as the proposed use of the property, the financial ability of the tenant, and the amount of annual base rent. • The properties are located in the M-2 zone, which allows for outdoor storage and parking. • The lease will require the tenant to pay a monthly base rent, which will be determined based on comparable properties and current market conditions. • The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the properties and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. • The agency reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate with the selected tenant.
