Preventative Maintenance for PDU and RPP Units

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide annual preventative‑maintenance services for the university’s data‑center power distribution infrastructure, specifically the Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Rack Power Panels (RPPs). Work must be performed on a dual‑fed (A‑Side/B‑Side) configuration, allowing maintenance on one side while the opposite side continues to power loads. The contractor must meet a maximum six‑hour response time for any downtime event and an eight‑hour overall service‑call response.
